Recently I read an article on the new movie "CARS." According to this article http://hollywoodreporter.com/thr/reviews/review_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1002613444&imw=Y "CARS" is destined to be the season's biggest performance. This appears to be true seeing as how they have put so much emphasis on the movie before it has even hit the screens. Children everywhere are asking for the toy cars, bed sets, towels, etcetera. Parents and thier children have made "CARS" a success already. It makes me wonder how much emphasis Walt Disney World has placed on this movie so far.

I think that advertising is a big part of the movie industry. Investors want to get people hyped up about this movie before it comes out. They want to make sure that everyone hears how great this movie is going to be. When I want to see a movie, I only consider the movies I have heard about. If I haven't heard about them, I just skip right over them because I feel that they won't be good.
Yeah, well said Katie. Disney is the biggest company in the world, so they will always advertise the "heck" out of movies. I love Disney and their movies are always fun!
